7 min Burpee Shuttle Run
P1 performs 1 burpee, then runs out 50′ and back
P2 performs 2 burpees, then runs out and back
P1 performs 3 burpees, then runs out and back
P2 performs 4 burpees, then runs out and back,
etc…..
