What Our Gym Offers



Group classes (max. 12 people) based on CrossFit methodologies. Strength and conditioning principles combined with plyometric and gymnastic movements.

Every class is coached.

You can expect a dynamic warm-up, 10-20 minute strength/skill segment and a Workout of the Day (WOD).



Xpress Fit

30 min Cardio Conditioning classes are designed to get you sweating, elevate your heart rate, increase aerobic capacity and improve strength endurance. These workouts will consist of functional movements at light to moderate loads in small group classes led by our EXPERT COACHES, so you get the maximum results for the least amount of time.



CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.



CrossFit Teens

We offer CrossFit Kids for ages 5-10, and CrossFit Teens for ages 11-15.



Personal Training

If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1 on 1 to reach your fitness goals.



Youth Team Training

We offer Private team strength & conditioning in our fully equipped facility. Our expert coaches are Certified Kids & Teens Trainers ensuring the safe and effective coaching our youth require.



Nutrition Coaching

Our Nutrition Program combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. We will help you build a plan based on YOUR goals, personal history, and current lifestyle. Your nutrition coach helps you implement that plan and provides continued guidance throughout your journey, creating accountability and ultimately success.

Weight Loss & Toning

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our group classes with the option to also work with our trainers 1-on-1 (upon request). You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) trainers. Kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

We offer a variety programming which also includes Olympic lifting and powerlifting elements. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically. We also offer individual times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or athlete sport specific programming.

Health and Longevity / Look Good, Feel Good

If health and longevity and just over all looking and feeling good are your top priorities, we got you! Our staff of experienced trainers are ready to help develop a fitness routine that will help you thrive to look and feel your best both in and out of the gym.
