Partner Goblet Squat Ladder – up & back
Partner A holds Plank while Partner B Bear crawls to KB and completes Goblet Squats then Bear crawls back.
Partners switch movements as needed.
Gob Squat: 30 reps @ 12kg, 20 reps @ 16kg, 10 reps @ 24kg, 5 reps @ 32kg
