WOD:

Teams of 3

Buy In – athletes run 400m and each collects an egg. Teams = same colour eggs

Team completes 15 min AMRAP – 1 person working at a time

? reps squat cleans

Surprise egg – At 10 min mark stop and team completes 400m Run, 25 Cal Row, 15 Cal Assault Bike, or 100 DU’s
