WOD:
Teams of 3
Athlete 1 = static squat hold
Athlete 2 = static OH DB/KB hold
Athlete 3 = Assault Bike
Athletes rotate stations as needed.
Men complete 60 Calories, Women complete 40 Calories.
Time ends when all team members have each completed the calorie marker.
